CCPS 9-12 College and Career Readiness Pathway Plan for the 18-19 School Year
Grade 9
Students will begin their academic and career plans through Health and PE classes beginning on October 31st, 2018.
Grade 10
Students will begin their academic and career plans through Health and PE classes beginning November 7th, 2018.
Grade 11
Students will begin their academic and career plans through US/VA History classes beginning November 19, 2018.
Grade 12
Students will have a completed academic and career plan by October 18, 2018.
